Haarpflege im Sommer - Haircare Routine for Summer

Hallo Ihr Lieben,

1. Kerastase Soleil Aqua-Seal
2. Redken Color Extend Sun After Sun Mask
3. Kerastase Soleil Brume Nuit Apres-Soleil

Nicole

Hey guys,

Everybody knows how important it is to protect the skin against dangerous UV radiaton. But it is also very important to protect your hair if your outdoor, at the beach or just lying in the sun.

So I wanna introduce you these products I already used during my two weeks holiday where I spent the most time on the beach and in the water. I am using the Kerastase Soleil products for many years now and I am really satisfied with them.

(My hair is brunette – in summer it gets a little lighter – tends to be dry, and is really really long – almost till my belly button.)

1, Kerastase Soleil Aqua Seal – € 20,72 bought at www.hagel-shop.de
This product is waterproof. You can put it in you hair when it´s wet or dry – both ways it works really well. I mostly used this product when I went swimming in the sea.

2. Redken Color Extend Sun – After Sun Mask € 22.64 bought at www.hagel-shop.de
This is a hair mask which you use after washing your hair with regular shampoo.

3. Kerastase Soleil Brume Nuit Après Soleil – I bought this product directly at my hairdresser – can´t remember the price tough L
This product ist a night-care treatment. You can spray it into wet or dry hair as well. I really like the product because it also helps to moisturize and protect the scalp. I usually use this product before going to bed.

Of course I don´t use all of the three products at once. I always just use the hair care product which my hair needs.

I never used a real „Sun Hair Care Shampoo“ because with my pre-and after care products my hair was always smooth, shiny and healty. So there was no need to use an extra shampoo.

What is your summer hair care routine?

warum schwangere Kim Kardashian attakieren - why attac pregnant Kim Kardashian

Guten Morgen liebe Leute!

Wünsche euch allen ein tolles Wochenende,
Viele liebe Grüsse,
Eva

Hey guys!

Yesterday I found some pictures of pregnant Kim Kardashian on facebook and a lot of negative comments because she looks so fat. I really think - no matter if you like somebody or not - it is very very rude and inappropriate to call a pregnant woman fat, I just thought, this can not be true. What did people think, that she will get thinner when she is pregnant? In my opinion she is a very beautiful woman that also looks fantastic at a bigger size. Sometimes I have the feeling that our society has become really sick about certain things like that. For example thin women are always automatically called aneroxic, although there are a lot of thin women that just have a better metabolism than others. Not everybody that is thin or skinny is aneroxic. People don't think about your feelings when they call you fat or aneroxic.. It just hurts you and I don't understand why people have fun hurting others. Now it have come so far that a pregnant woman is not allowed to get big or what? This is just sick. Should she starve herself just not to get big in her pregnancy and put her unborn baby at risk? NO!
Sometimes I really just don't get what's up in people's mind. Why can't just everybody be like they are or just want to be? Why do people always have to try to put somebody down? Not everybody has a size 0 and not everybody that has a size 0 is automatically aneroxic. This is something I will never get...
I feel sorry, that I am so upset about that, but that topic always bothers me. :(

Wish you all a nice weekend!
lot of greetings,
Eva
